Annual Meeting & Church Lunch - This Sunday @ Noon

Our Annual Meeting is this Sunday, September 27, and we are excited to enjoy lunch as a church family again! We'll gather in the Fellowship Center for a delicious lasagna meal and to learn more about what God is doing at Calvary. The meeting agenda includes reviewing the past and upcoming years, a Senior Pastor search update, approving next year's budget, support for 2 new missionaries, affirming Jeremy Topolski as an Elder, and more. We'd love for you to join us!

The 2025-2026 Annual Report is DONE! It is available below, but there will also be physical copies at the entrances of the meeting. We'd love for you to grab a copy and give it a read. There are a lot of great testimonies from our own congregation we think you will really enjoy.

A few logistical notes to keep in mind:

We will be beginning lunch service right at NOON, so please join us promptly after second service if finished. We have a lot to share!
Please sign in at any entrance - write your name on the clipboard and receive a paper ballot (members only).
We will have the Youth Room available for lunch seating as well, and the meeting will be available for viewing.
There will be 3 lines to grab food this year - only the main dish will be given in the line, and the rest of the meal will be at the tables (along with the agendas).

Adult Middle Hour Classes - Sundays @ 9:45 am

Our Adult Middle Hour classes are underway, and it's not too late to join and find your place here at Calvary! We encourage you to try a class this fall and get connected in a community. Also, you may have noticed our new sign-in system for ECC last week, and we thank you for your patience as we continue testing it. If you arrive early before first service, take a few minutes to sign-in; it will save you time before class starts. For more details on Middle Hour classes, visit our page below.

Whether you are brand new to the church, or are looking to get more connected, this informal gathering is a wonderful opportunity to meet our pastors and staff, ask questions, and learn more about other ministries and community. Women's Conference - October 2-3, 2026

Our Women's Conference is this week! Women from across the Fox Valley will explore Psalm 1 and what it means to be firmly planted in God's Word. Keynote speaker Glenna Marshall will encourage us to pursue lives rooted in Christ and fruitful for His glory, through biblical teaching, worship, and fellowship. Men's and Women's Bible Study - Registration OPEN!

Registration in now open for fall bible studies for Men and Women's ministry! Study resumes on September 15 and 16. Visit the links for more details from each ministry.

This fall the men of Calvary will be studying the book of Acts together. The book of Acts shows how the power that God unleashed at Pentecost is still at work in God's people today, changing people and the world from the inside out. It traces the birth of the early church from its small, beginnings to Paul's arrival in Rome. As Jesus predicted, the kingdom of God started small, but the power of God is still transforming and changing broken people and places. Jesus is still with us, still at work, writing a new history that moves the lives of people in every place to bring heaven to earth until that last great day when He returns.

This fall, the women of Calvary will be studying the book of Titus together. This short book, written by Paul to his beloved disciple Titus, shows the church today how important it is to know the gospel of truth, grow in godliness, and hold fast to sound doctrine. As women, we will be working through this book together. We will encourage each other to grow deeper in our understanding of God's grace and how that impacts our lives as a body of believers.

You will notice something different at your seat this week! We are excited to now have Tap Tags in our Worship Center. We wanted to find a way to make it easier for our church family to get information! Tap your phone, let us know you're here, and the tag will give you all the info you need about upcoming events and happenings here at Calvary. If you are having any issues with the tag, stop by the Welcome Desk after service and we will have staff there ready to help! If your phone isn't working, there are some troubleshooting instructions below.

2) Tap Connected devices, Connections, or Network & internet (this varies by phone manufacturer, such as Samsung or Google Pixel).

3) Tap Connection preferences if prompted, or look directly for NFC.

4) Toggle the NFC switch to the On position.
