Seeing the Unseeable

Eric Omdal, Associate Pastor of Missions and Leadership Development - 1/7/2024

2 Corinthians 4:13-18

How can we keep Hope alive through the struggle?

  • Like the Psalmist in Psalm 116:10, (there is a reference in vs. 13)

We Persevere with Hope Because:

  • God Promises Final Resurrection – vs. 14
  • God Produces Fruitful Results – vs. 15
  • God Provides Fresh Renewal – vs. 16
  • God Prepares Future Rewards – vs. 17

Big Idea: We hope in what is unseen, because the future God promises far outweighs what we see today.

Application: Fix our eyes not on what is seen, but what is unseen. (vs. 18)
