Prayer Team @ CBC

At Calvary, we deeply value prayer, and we are so thankful for the wonderful Prayer Team we have here. If you didn't already know, our Prayer Team prays for the services, and all of you, throughout Sunday mornings. They would love to pray with you too! The team will be in a brand-new location starting on Sunday, September 13. You can find them by the couches behind the Welcome Desk, next to the blue x-banner that says, "Prayer Team." We encourage you to go say hello and spend time in prayer with one another.

Singles Gathering

Join us for our next Singles Gathering on Friday, September 11 at 6:30 pm in Fellowship West! This ministry is a place for adult singles to connect, grow, and seek God together—building meaningful community with others who understand this season of life and share a desire to pursue God wholeheartedly. We’re welcoming Kate Schwarzenbart as our speaker for the evening. This will be an encouraging night of connection, conversation, and growing together in faith. We hope to see you there!

Men's and Women's Bible Study - Registration OPEN!

Registration in now open for fall bible studies for Men and Women's ministry! Study resumes on September 15 and 16. Visit the links for more details from each ministry.

This fall the men of Calvary will be studying the book of Acts together. The book of Acts shows how the power that God unleashed at Pentecost is still at work in God's people today, changing people and the world from the inside out. It traces the birth of the early church from its small, beginnings to Paul's arrival in Rome. As Jesus predicted, the kingdom of God started small, but the power of God is still transforming and changing broken people and places. Jesus is still with us, still at work, writing a new history that moves the lives of people in every place to bring heaven to earth until that last great day when He returns.

This fall, the women of Calvary will be studying the book of Titus together. This short book, written by Paul to his beloved disciple Titus, shows the church today how important it is to know the gospel of truth, grow in godliness, and hold fast to sound doctrine. As women, we will be working through this book together. We will encourage each other to grow deeper in our understanding of God's grace and how that impacts our lives as a body of believers.
