Selah Service this Sunday
Selah is a special Sunday morning gathering centered on prayer, confession, worship, Scripture, and reflection. In a world that constantly demands our attention, this service is an opportunity to slow down together as a church family and intentionally draw near to God. Through Scripture readings, guided prayer, worship through song, and moments of reflection, we will pause from the usual pace of life to rest in the presence of the Lord and respond to Him together.
Camp SonRay Family Camp
Reminder that registration for CBC Kids' Family Camp on Saturday, June 20, ends this week! Registration closes at midnight on Thursday, June 18. No walk-ins will be allowed, so please register in-advance. There is room for more 0-2 year olds for families attending with their older children. Register for Family Camp
Monday & Thursday Precept Classes this Fall
Join fellow Calvary family for Monday Precept Classes this fall! They will study Colossians/Philemon starting September 14 through November 9, in Fellowship Center East, Room 201, from 6:30-8:45 PM. It is a 9-week study and the cost of the workbook is $24.99 (due night one). The class will learn how to be complete in Christ, how He meets our every need, and how learning the True Knowledge of Christ helps us to not be deceived by man-made philosophies. The Thursday Morning Precept class this fall is for men and women, and meets from 9:00-11:15 AM in the Fellowship Center East, Room 201. This fall, they will be studying the book of Acts. The first class is September 10 and will run for 9 weeks. The cost for the book is $22 (due night one). Questions or want to sign up? Youth Ministry @ CBC This Summer
Throughout the summer, a lot of ministries at Calvary take a break, but Youth Ministry is still in full-swing, and we would love for you to join us! On Sundays, both the high schoolers and middle schoolers meet during the middle hour in the Youth Room; on Wednesdays, middle school meets from 6:45-8:30 pm in Room 112; and the high school meets from 7:00-9:00 pm in the Youth Room.
We would love for you to be in prayer for our Youth Ministry this summer. Here are some practical ways you can pray below.
- That God would grow our students in their faith, and character, through their experiences on the trip.
- That God would bring people of all ages to Himself through the ministry & service times.
- That God would unite our team with a heart of service.
- That our students would have meaningful opportunities to share their faith through the ministry.

- Men's Ministry - Saturday Fellowship Breakfasts - June, July, and August (info coming here)
- Children's Ministry - Camp SonRay (every Sunday) with new summer hours, and Family Camp on Saturday, June 20 (more details here)
- ECC classes - will continue through the summer, and will transition in July (ECC class info here)
