Fall Kickoff Week is this week, September 8-14!

As Fall Kickoff is almost here, we want to highlight our many ways to worship, grow, serve, and share. Here's some upcoming opportunities for you to grow at Calvary:

Our Welcome Home! Membership class starts again this Sunday at 9:45am in Room 112.
We have a slew of new Equipping Connection Communities starting new studies this Sunday at 9:45am after their fall Kickoff Breakfast treats!

Youth Ministry has their Fall Kickoff Pancake Extravaganza happening at 9:45am in the Youth Room (212)
Check out one of the many weekly ministries starting this Tuesday/Wednesday, such as Men's or Women's Bible Study or AWANA on Wednesday night. (see more details on our Fall Kickoff Website)
DivorceCare starts this Tuesday at 6:30pm and Griefshare starts on Wednesday at 6:30pm, both meet in Room 119.
Have friends, family, or neighbors join us in worship this Fall as we start a new sermon series in Zechariah's Prophetic Visions this weekend (either by coming in person or online).

New Children's Ministry Schedule

Starting this Sunday, September 8, our Sunday morning children's ministry will have the following schedule options:

8:30am: Birth through Grade 5
9:45am: Birth through Grade 6 (there are also classes for youth and adults during this hour)
11am: Birth though PreK4

Annual Meeting - Save the Date!

Mark your calendars! On Sunday, September 22, we will have our Annual Congregational Meeting & Lunch at Noon. We will be voting on the annual budget. We are ordering some of the food being served, so we need to know who will be attending before September 16. If you have questions, please contact one of our church elders.

Newcomer Meet & Greet

New guests are invited to join us for a Meet & Greet on Sunday, September 29! Visit with Pastor Keith, his wife, Kerry, and some of our staff. Ask questions about our church's mission and ministry, and learn how your family can get connected at CBC. Let us know if you are coming by clicking the button below. We will be serving refreshments in Fellowship East (Room 201) at 9:45am.

Meet & Greet RSVP

Men's Rally

Men, mark your calendars and register to join us for a morning of food, fellowship, and fun on Saturday, September 21. Doors open at 8 with brunch at 8:30am. After that, we will have a time of worship and get to know Pastor Caleb Roth. We will wrap up with cornhole and pickleball. Cost is only $20.

Child Dedication Class

Parents have an opportunity to bring their children before the church congregation and commit to raising them in the knowledge of God and teaching them the gospel of Jesus Christ. Parents who wish to participate in the Child Dedication Service on October 27 must attend the class. Baptism Class

We invite you to follow Jesus by making a public profession of faith at a baptism service. To participate, adults must attend a one-session baptism class on Sunday, September 29 at 1pm. Kids have a two-session class with the first being at the same time as the adult class starting in a different room (with Part 2 class happening on October 13 at 11am). To register for the adult or kids class on Sunday, September 29 at 1pm, click the button below. The Baptism Service will take place on October 27.

AWANA Registration

AWANA stands for "Approved Workmen Are Not Ashamed." This children's club is designed to teach children God's Word with a fun, clear, and consistent presentation of the gospel each Wednesday. Your child (Preschool - Sixth Grade) will have the opportunity to recite scripture, play games, and meet new friends. This is a great place for kids to grow in their faith - and an amazing opportunity to invite friends. AWANA meets on Wednesdays from 6:30-8pm, September through the first week in May. The 2024/2025 AWANA Year starts on Wednesday, September 11. Register by clicking the button below.

Please note: volunteers are needed to run each of the AWANA clubs. If you feel called to invest your time and talents in this incredible ministry, we invite you to join us. Your commitment, no matter how big or small, can help shape the faith journey of a child and contribute to building a strong foundation for their future. We will have a table in the Hub if you have questions about volunteering.
