My Voice, God’s Power

Pastor Michael Hansen - 7/4/2026

1 Corinthians 2:1-5

Have you ever thought about how unconventional and foolish the gospel may sound in the ears of an unbeliever? The apostle Paul recognized this, which is why he calls the gospel a foolish message in the eyes of the world. Yet, here we are! People are being saved every day and convinced of Jesus saving work on the cross. In the same thought, we both praise God and wonder how this might be. The good news of the gospel is that it our gospel proclamation is accompanied with the power of God!

Join this Sunday, in the preaching of God’s Word, and in Communion. Together, we will rejoice in the God of our salvation and resolve to proclaim the gospel wherever we go.
