"Therefore a man shall leave his father and his mother and hold fast to his wife, and they shall become one flesh. “ - Genesis 2:24

Our marriage mentors have a heart to help you develop a thriving, Christ-centered marriage! They are not counselors, but are trained ministry volunteers who come alongside you and your spouse to share real-life experiences and sharpen the Biblical, communication and life tools necessary for maintaining a healthy marriage relationship.

Whether you are newly engaged, a recent newlywed or have been married for years (or decades), your marriage can benefit richly from mentoring! All mentoring sessions are strictly confidential.

THE MENTORING PROCESS
The mentoring process lasts about four months and you typically meet every other week to foster honest, healthy dialogue. Every couple has a unique, tailored experience and meeting times are flexible to accommodate busy schedules.

WHAT MENTORING LOOKS LIKE
Our mentors will guide you through in-depth discussions on topics such as communication, conflict resolution, partner style & habits, finances, leisure activities, sexual expectations, family & friends, relationship roles and spiritual beliefs.

HOW DO I GET STARTED?
Contact office@cbcneenah.org to determine if marriage mentoring is a good fit for you. A pastor will reach out to you and schedule a preliminary meeting. You will then be paired with a marriage mentor couple. The mentor couple will contact you directly and make arrangements to get started. It’s that easy!
