Please complete this form to register for participation in the Calvary Bible Church Children's Christmas Preludes.  Video auditions must be submitted with this form.

There is a section of the form that allows for video upload.  Please try to upload videos in this location. Alternatively, you may submit your videos to office@cbcneenah.org.  Videos usually do not email well, so you will want to upload it to YouTube, Google Drive, or another file sharing service and share the link. If this is not possible, please contact the church office (920-725-3896 - ask for Ruth) for an in-person audition. These videos help us know what to expect in terms of style and help immensely in planning. If your piece is lengthy, a 1-2 minute snippet to demonstrate style and skill is all that is necessary. Those who do not submit a video or audition in person will not be able to participate in the student preludes. All registrations are due by Monday, November 13. This is a firm deadline.

Please plan on playing for both the 8:30 & 11 am services the day you are scheduled to perform. You also need to arrive before 8:10 on the day you are scheduled.
