New Service Times Start This Week!

Starting this Sunday, March 6, we are shifting back the start of our Sunday Morning schedule by 15 minutes. The new start times for each hour will be 8:30am, 9:45am, and 11am. Since launching our 3-hour model last Fall, we've received lots of positive feedback. It's been amazing to see God working in our church family in new ways. The largest complaint has been the early start. Making this minor adjustment now will make Sunday mornings a little easier for our families and volunteers.

Welcome Home!

Church membership is much more than agreeing to our statement of faith and church constitution. It's about finding a place to Worship, Grow, and Serve so the whole church can be strengthened. Ephesians 4 tells us that the church is healthiest when each member is doing their part. The next session of our membership class begins this Sunday, March 6 at 9:45am in the Community Room(134). If you are interested in discovering how you can be engaged in the ministry and make Calvary Bible Church your home, we encourage you to attend! Please join us even if you did not preregister.

Help for the Homeless Wraps Up

The annual collection of household goods and personal items wraps up this Sunday, March 6. We have collection boxes around the campus. Donations are distributed to area shelters and agencies.

Urgent Need at Double Portion

Please pray for the Double Portion Soup Kitchen and Pantry Ministry. CBC has been teamed for years with St. Thomas Episcopal Church to serve noon meals three days a week. Volunteers seek to build relationships and spread the hope of the Gospel. The ministry is in danger of running out of lack of food. They are in need of canned food, in particular food that is high in protein such as: chili, beef stew, tuna, salmon, and canned baked beans. Even Mac 'n Cheese and tuna or chicken packets for distribution. Donations can be dropped off at St Thomas in Menasha on Monday, Wednesday, or Thursday from 9 AM-1 PM.

Child Dedication Class

Parents have an opportunity to bring their children before the church congregation and commit to raising them in the knowledge of God and teach them the gospel of Jesus Christ. The congregation also makes a commitment to support these families and act as role models to the children in our church family. Parents who wish to participate in the Child Dedication Service on May 15 must attend the class (unless they have attended in the last three years). To register for the class that is taking place on Sunday, April 3 at 8:15am, click the button below.
