New School Administrator
Welcome to Dan Wetzel, our new administrator at Fox Valley Christian Academy! Dan and his wife, Deborah, have been attending Calvary Bible Church for the past year. Dan is a former pastor and speaker with strong administrative skills who is excited to lead the school through the transition to Classical Christian Education.

Construction News
Painting has begun in the preschool and babies remodel area. Thanks to many helping hands, work is progressing well. There is still plenty of work to be done to have the rooms ready for the start of the ministry year in September. Look for a weekly volunteer email (you can sign up here) to learn what help is needed in the coming week.
Two other construction updates: work is beginning the week to replace the failing house lighting system in the Worship Center. Lighting may look odd over the next few weeks as that project is completed. We have heard you, over and over again! The new hub area is LOUD and echoes because the acoustical treatment has not yet been installed. It's great to be using the new space, but there are still a number of tasks to be completed before it is finished.
Giving Update
May giving came in at $165,640, which was $27,360 under budget. June giving was at $165,754, which was $7,045 over budget. Year to date through June, giving is $113,539 over budget. Thank you for your generous support of the ministry of Calvary Bible Church. This has allowed us to pay for a number of unexpected expenses.
