Coming to Church

As more people continue to attend in-person worship services, we want to review some key details about attending on Sunday morning:

  • When you enter the church building, greeters and ushers will direct you to your seats.
  • To maximize seating capacity, please pay attention to where they are directing you.
  • After the service, ushers will be dismissing you by row.
  • Move as far down the row as possible, leaving two seats between your group and other groups.
  • After dismissal, please head to the exit OR if you’d like to stay and visit, head down the hall to the Gym where there is a fellowship area setup.

Men's & Women's Studies

Last Sunday, Pastor Joe highlighted the importance of reading, studying and applying Scripture. One way you can do that at CBC is by joining one of our Men’s & Women’s Studies. Check out the links below to learn more about the current studies!

Opportunities to Serve

The Fair Market Thrift Store is looking for volunteers to help open their store for a few hours on Saturday mornings. Contact Shelia Wenzel (wandwfun@yahoo.com) to volunteer or for more information.

You can also check out the Serve page on Calvary's new website for even more opportunities to serve throughout our church.

New GriefShare Session

It hurts to lose someone. Find help at GriefShare, a friendly, caring group of people who will walk alongside you through one of life’s most difficult experiences. You don’t have to go through the grieving process alone. We are starting a 13-week session on Wednesday, March 3 at 6:30pm in Room 132. There is no cost to attend; a workbook for a small fee. Contact Debbie Smoll (deb.smoll@gmail.com) if you have questions.

Help for the Homeless

The annual collection of household goods and personal hygiene items wraps up next Sunday, March 7. You can bring donations to church this week or when you come to next Sunday's service. Donations are distributed to area shelters and agencies.
