Operation Christmas Child - Pick Up a Box This Week

Operation Christmas Child is more than a chance to send a gift; it’s a gospel opportunity. Every child who receives a shoebox will hear the Gospel presented, which means each box you pack carries the good news of Jesus to a child who may be hearing it for the first time. Join us in sharing that hope this Christmas by packing a shoebox with your family, small group, or friends! Boxes are available to pick up starting this Sunday, November 1. If you’d like extra boxes and labels, you’ll find them at Door 2 and Door 15 during the next few weeks. Please bring your finished boxes back by Sunday, November 22. 

Children and Youth Christmas Preludes - Register by November 15

Calling all young musicians ages 6–18! Share your gifts with the Calvary Bible Church family by playing a Christmas prelude in the Missions Corner of the Hub before our 8:30 and 11:00 a.m. worship services on November 29, December 6, or December 13. Missions Weekend - Next Week

Join us for a weekend celebrating what God is doing in our community and around the world through our missionary partners!

On Saturday, November 7, from 3:00-6:00 pm, we invite you to join us for CBC’s Passport to Missions. We’ll take a trip around the world to visit 5 missionary partners, and see what missions looks like in their part of the world. This family friendly event will provide opportunities to learn about Aviation ministry, Medical Missions, Sports Ministry, Church Planting, and Prison ministry. We are so excited to learn about the fields of spiritual growth around them and how they engage in harvesting in their country and context. After our flight back to CBC, join us for pizza and ice cream! All ages and stages are invited. Register by November 1st to be entered into the drawing for our Book and Brew Missions Bundle!

The celebration continues Sunday morning, November 8. Dietrich Schindler will be speaking at both services, and our missionary partners will lead breakout sessions during the middle hour. It’s a weekend you won’t want to miss!

Community Serve Day - November 14

At Calvary, we desire to show that the love of Christ is free. We are called to be the hands and feet of Christ...not just in our church body, but also in our local community. On Saturday, November 14, from 10:00 am - 12:00 pm, our Local Evangelism team is hosting "Community Serve Day," as a time for our church to show the Fox Valley Community the love of Christ in practical ways. Stop by the missions table in the hub on Sunday for more information.

We’re Hiring: Director of Facilities

As Fred prepares to retire from full-time staff at the end of February 2027, we’ve been prayerfully looking at the needs of our facilities team. Our building expansion added a great deal of new space to care for, and activity on our campus has increased significantly. Managing these changes well is key to sustaining the ministry God has given us, so we’re hiring a Director of Facilities to join our Facilities team.
