Sanctity of Life Sunday

This Sunday, as a church alongside many other churches and organizations, we dedicate and remember the inherent value and dignity of all human life, from conception to natural end. We acknowledge God as the Creator and giver of life and that we are made in His image. This year, along with praying for those on the front line of family care, we will have a special presentation by local ministry Safe Families. Safe Families for Children seeks to keep children safe and families together. Safe Families for Children is rooted in faith, fueled by radical hospitality, disruptive generosity, and intentional compassion, to build a network of caring and compassionate volunteers to support families facing social isolation. Our goals are to prevent child abuse and neglect, reduce the number of children entering the child welfare system, and support and stabilize families. Join us at 9:45am this Sunday in Fellowship East to hear more about this ministry.

Church Lunch & Congregational Meeting

Our monthly church lunches start this month! These meals are hosted by our high school student missionaries, and donations go towards their summer mission trips. Plan to join us at noon on Sunday, January 25 for a delicious lunch chicken parmigiana on pasta, with mixed veggies, and banana pudding! This month is a craft/bake sale with items to purchase. Stop by to shop, even if you cannot join us for lunch. We need a headcount to plan food and seating, so click the button below to RSVP. Marriage Conference Registration Open

The Mindful Marriage Conference™ is designed to inspire, educate, and encourage couples in all seasons of life (pre-marriage, marriage, and blended family marriage) toward greater intimacy and stability. Designed for healthy and distressed couples alike. We will be taught by Ron & Nan Deal (Authors of “The Mindful Marriage”). Register today for this conference by clicking the button below. Cost is only $25 per couple if you register prior to December 31! Children’s Program available with pre-registration (Infants thru 5th Grade). We at Calvary Bible Church have partnered with other churches from Oshkosh to Appleton to be able to bring this conference to the Fox Valley.

Giving Tax Statements

You can access your giving statements anytime using your MyCBC Account. We will be happy to mail you a statement but only upon request. If you requested to have one mailed last year, you will receive it by mail this year. It takes several weeks for all 2025 giving to be reported on your giving statement. If you are printing your own, or having one mailed to you, plan for them to be ready at the end of January.

Men & Boys Retreat

It's our yearly mid-winter retreat for fathers, sons, and men of all ages and stages. Set in the beautiful Northwoods of Wisconsin, this retreat features tons of fun activities, great food, and a challenging guest speaker! b. Costs: "$118 (adults 15+), $110 (youth), $96 (child 4-9), and add $14 per person if you want a cabin with an attached bathroom. Limited Cabins with attached bathrooms. We will have a table in the Hub on Sundays in January if you have questions. Space is limited. We will close registration if we fill all the cabins, otherwise it is open until January 31.

Monday Night Precepts

In order for us to truly live for Christ, we need to know the truth, and grow in spiritual discernment. This biblical wisdom can help combat false leaders, and distractions of our age, that are leading countless people astray. Join us as we study 2 Peter, from March 2 through April 6, on Monday evenings from 6:30-8:45 PM in Fellowship Center East.
