Sound System Update

Back in early August, our sound system failed irreparably. While the temporary setup has served us well, it blocks the screen and adds a heavy load for our tech team each week. That’s why we are thrilled to report that we will start installing our new system THIS WEEK November 10-17. We were recently approached by a donor who wants to match every gift to the Campus Maintenance Fund—up to $50,000—between now and January 31. Ladies Christmas Tea Tickets on Sale

This year's Ladies Christmas Tea is on Tuesday, December 9 at 6:30pm. Come and join us at this year’s Christmas Tea and listen as Kelly Ericksen speaks about Gabriel’s important message to Mary and about the miracle of Elizabeth having a son in her old age. Kelly will weave in the gospel message so everyone who attends will hear the Good News of Jesus! Tickets are on sale from November 4-16. Invite a neighbor, friend, or co-worker to join you and enjoy the evening and hear the Good News of Christmas. Operation Christmas Child

Shoeboxes are available for Operation Christmas Child in the Hub. This ministry provides gifts to children across the world, many with little or no access to the Gospel. Join us in sharing the joy of Christ's birth by packing a box with your family or small group. This year we have 2 ways to participate:

Boxes will be available in the lobby and the hub after services and at various ministries throughout the week. Box collection Sunday is November 23.

You can also pack and send a shoebox online for just $30! We have a goal as a church family of 1000 boxes. Be a part of this Christmas tradition to bring the Gospel to the end of the earth!

Newcomer Meet & Greet

New guests are invited to join us for a Meet & Greet on Sunday, November 23! Visit with some of our staff. Ask questions about our church's mission and ministry, and learn how your family can get connected at CBC. We will be serving refreshments in the Connections Room at 9:45am.

Thanksgiving Worship Services

Join us on Sunday, November 23 at 6pm in the Worship Center for a time of giving thanks for the blessings that the Lord has bestowed on us this year.

Each year, we collect a Thanksgiving offering to send to our missionaries as an early Christmas present. You can give to the Thanksgiving Offering throughout the month of November online by selecting the "Thanksgiving Offering" account or by writing "Thanksgiving" on your check or envelope. Gifts towards this special offering must be received by December 3.
