Fall Kickoff is This Week!

Here's some upcoming opportunities for you to grow at Calvary:

This Sunday, September 7 - Help us really have a Fall Kickoff! with an Adult Ministries Fellowship Time in the Fellowship Center at 9:45am. All adults are invited to join together to have some brunch snacks and hear all about the upcoming class opportunities! This promises to be a great time of intergenerational fellowship and a time to find a place to connect & grow.
Kids Choir is back this Fall! Register your kids (grades 1-6) online at cbcneenah.org/children. KidsChoir will be helping to lead worship on October 26 and practices are on Wednesdays prior to AWANA.
C-Team (grades 7-8) and SWAT(grades 9-12) have their kickoffs on Wednesday, September 10. Go to cbcneenah.org/students to catch a glimpse of all the fun we have weekly!
Have friends, family, or neighbors join us in worship this Fall as we start a new sermon series (either by coming in person or online).

New Children's Ministry Schedule

Starting this Sunday, September 7, our Sunday morning children's class opportunities are:

8:30am: Birth through Grade 5
9:45am: Birth through Grade 6 (there are also classes for youth and adults during this hour)
11am: Birth though PreK4

Annual Meeting - Register today!

Join us on Sunday, September 28, we will have our Annual Congregational Meeting & Lunch at Noon. We will be voting on the annual budget. We are ordering some of the food being served, so we need to know who will be attending before September 21. If you have questions, please contact one of our church elders..

Oil Change Volunteers Needed

Our fall community outreach is this Saturday, September 13. We will be changing the oil in up to 60 cars for those in need in our community. We will need several dozen volunteers to get dirty under cars, serve refreshments, and visit with our guests. Sign up by clicking the button below to register today.

Volunteer to Help

Men's Ministry Bible Study & Fall Fellowship Breakfast

Throughout the year, we work to create opportunities for men to study God’s Word together & share the wisdom, experience, and struggles of pursuing God & investing in others. Our fall Bible Study offers men a place to meet weekly to do just that. Our next study is Life-Changing Truth in a World of Lies (Titus). Come check us out on Wednesdays at 6:30pm (starting this Wednesday!) in Fellowship Center East (201). Park in the West Parking Lot and enter Door 15.

ALSO - All men are invited to join us for challenging lessons from our guest speaker, Troy Loether, as well as breakfast fellowship. Cost is only $10. Join us in Fellowship West from 8-11am on Saturday, September 20.

Women's Ministry Bible Studies

Women’s Ministry is a place where we can grow together, build relationships with each other, and serve alongside each other. The women at Calvary Bible Church are diverse—single, married, career-oriented, family focused, young, middle-aged, and senior-aged. We offer Bible studies, events, and opportunities to help women connect with one another, to grow more deeply in their love for Jesus, to be able to know and apply God’s Word, and to live out God’s mission to make disciples of Jesus who make more disciples of Jesus. There is a place for everyone, and we invite all the women of CBC to join us.

We have several opportunities for Women to grow in their faith and build community with some amazing (but imperfect) women in our church family, including these three options:

Women Together Tuesdays - 6:30-8pm in the Community Room starting September 9. This fall we are doing a study based upon the book "Everyday Faithfulness" by Glenna Marshall.
Women Together Wednesday - 9:25-11am in the Fellowship Center West starting September 10. This fall we are doing a Bible study based upon the book of Philippians called "Joy!" by Keri Folmar.
Mother's Together Wednesday - 9:25-11am in the Fellowship Center East starting September 10. This fall we are doing a study based upon the book "Everyday Faithfulness" by Glenna Marshall.
note: there is not childcare available for Tuesday Evenings study, but there is for the Wednesday morning studies. Also note, that we are planning on "flip-flopping" the studies come January, so if both books look intriguing, then choose based upon your schedule. Studies will be team taught and the discussion around the topics geared for appropriate life stages.

AWANA Registration

AWANA stands for "Approved Workmen Are Not Ashamed." This children's club is designed to teach children God's Word with a fun, clear, and consistent presentation of the gospel each Wednesday. Your child (Preschool3 - Sixth Grade) will have the opportunity to recite scripture, play games, and meet new friends. This is a great place for kids to grow in their faith - and an amazing opportunity to invite friends. AWANA meets on Wednesdays from 6:30-8pm, September through the first week in May. The 2025/2026 AWANA Year starts on Wednesday, September 10. Register by clicking the button below.
