Newcomer Meet & Greet

Visitors, join us for a Meet & Greet this Sunday, May 4! Ask questions about our church's mission and ministry. Visit with some of our staff and learn how your family can get connected at CBC. Please plan on coming even if you did not register. We will be serving refreshments in the Connections Room at 9:45am.

Bake Sale to benefit the Village of Hope Missions Team

This Sunday, May 4 some of the team heading to Zambia in June/July will be having a bake sale as a fundraiser. Stop by and grab a treat for yourself and support the team! This team is also having a Brat Fry Fundraiser on Sunday, May 18 at Festival Food in Neenah.

Church Lunch and voting for Elder Candidates & more!

Mark your calendars for May 18, we'll have our annual Cookout Lunch hosted by our SWAT (Grades 9-12) student missionaries. The menu is cookout style with all the fixins (hamburgers, hot dogs, mac and cheese, potato salad, and root beer floats). All proceeds help cover the cost of the mission trip. At the meeting (which starts immediately following the serving of lunch), we will hear more about how God has been at work through many of our ministries as well as vote for the elder candidates and possible new missionary.

If you have concerns or questions about the candidates you can talk to any elder or member of the Elder Process Team (Larry Birch, Doug Driscoll, Clyde Rasmussen, Lacey Anevicius, Melissa Borke, Bethany Swanstrom, or Pastor Eric Omdal). Feedback needs to be received by May 11. We will vote to affirm the candidates (if no concerns are presented) on May 18 at the Congregational Meeting.

Oil Change Volunteers Needed

Our community outreach is Saturday, May 10. We will be changing the oil in up to 60 cars for those in need in our community. We will need several dozen volunteers to get dirty under cars, serve refreshments, and visit with our guests. CBC is Hiring

Calvary Bible Church is currently hiring a part-time position of an Event Coordinator to run point on planning and executing events at Calvary including funerals, conferences, and special events. Camp SonRay - True North

Looking for mountains of fun? At True North, kids discover that they can trust Jesus in a wild world! True North is filled with awesome Bible-learning experiences, team-building games, unforgettable Bible songs, and tasty treats. Plus, we’ll help kids discover how to see evidence of God in everyday life

Join us on Thursday, June 19 from 8:45am-4:15pm for the one-day outreach event or every Sunday, June 1 - July 27 (Preschool Classes at 8:30 & 9:45 AM; Elementary Class at 9:45AM ONLY). The one-day event will be for children who are entering Kindergarten-6th grade for the 25-26 school year. Register for this day using the button below.

We'd love to have you volunteer at the one-day event and join us for all the fun! We invite you to join us for this adventure as we disciple our CBC kids, whether you have experience, or not…we need you! There are many roles needed at the one-day event (and on Sunday mornings). We also need those who are willing to donate towards supplies (you can pick up a donation card with specific items at the SonRay Table in the Hub) or by clicking the link below to a wish list.
