The Light Has Come

Nov-Dec 2021

The Advent season is an invitation to expectantly wait on a God who promises to bring light to overcome darkness. In the coming of Jesus, God pushes back the darkness of sin and death in a world desperate for light and life. God does this incredible work of grace through the revelation of Jesus Christ, who is the Author of light and life. As the Apostle John says in John 1:4–5: “…and the life was the light of men. The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it.”

Join us this Advent of 2021 as we worship together by tracing God’s promise of light through Scripture in a series we’ve called, “The Light Has Come”. In the first chapter of John, we will discover the wonder of God’s Light in the person of Jesus, who has come into our world to bring life and light to all who will believe in His name.
