Our missions ministry is centered around the Great Commission and the Great Commandment. Without these two foundational commands, the church would be an institution that lives for the motivations of the world rather than that of Christ's kingdom.
Global Missions Outreach
We support 40 missionary families around the world. The Global Evangelism Team (GET) is made up of leaders from each of our regional teams: Asia, Europe/Africa, North/South America, Wisconsin/Boarder States.
The purpose of our GET and regional teams are to love on our missionaries, care for them, meet their needs and help prepare new missionaries to be sent into the field. Our primary focus is on church planting and Bible translation.
- Pray for the gospel to reach around the world and that people will know the grace and salvation that can only be found through Jesus Christ.
- Give generously to missionaries directly, as well as to Calvary so we can support our missionaries.
- Plan a time to go out on a missions trip.
- Join a regional team and provide support to our missionaries.
Call the church to learn about opportunities to serve God’s kingdom locally and abroad.
Zambia Mission Trip 2018
This July we will be traveling to the Villages of Hope, an aids orphanage located in the Chibomba District, 50 kilometers north of Lusaka, Zambia (Africa).
The village is home to approximately 100 orphans and also has an onsite School of Hope where children from all over the region are welcome and taught age-appropriate school curriculum. There will be a team of 16 people from our church community and we hope to offer our talents and time in a way that will leave the children encouraged physically, emotionally and spiritually.
To give online by eCheck/ACH, please fill out the form below. Please select the person(s) you prefer to receive the benefit of your contribution.
By giving online, you agree to the following: Donations for this trip are tax deductible and therefore non-refundable. Your contribution will be used to support Calvary Bible Church Missions trips even if the person you select is unable to go on the trip.
The focus of our May Missions Sunday is "The 100 Foot Journey." We sometimes think that going to the mission field means we pack up and move to another country. But Jesus told his disciples "lift up your eyes and look at the fields for they are ready to harvest." Have you looked around lately?
We invite you to participate in this weekend in two special ways: Host one of our missionaries for a meal and attend "Share A Slice" on Sunday evening, May 6.
