AWANA

AWANA is a fun approach to learning God’s Word by blending fun with a clear consistent presentation of the gospel, Bible memorization and leadership training for the next generation of leaders. It is a great place for kids to grow in their faith and to bring friends as an outreach. AWANA meets every Wednesday evening from 6:30–8:00 PM for preschool through elementary throughout the school year.

The first night of Awana is in the books. Organized chaos at it's best. Thanks to all the leaders that returned, and all of the new leaders that are helping out.

Verse-O-Thon  *Deadline Nov. 8

Slide3

Like a “bowl-a-thon” pledges are collected for verses recited from memory (helps are allowed). Please join us in the effort to help and reach more kids for Christ!

Money raised during our Verse-A-Thon will be split two ways. First, for our Awana Go program. This program helps to reach children with the Gospel of Jesus Christ, through supporting Awana Clubs in the Pacific Rim Area. Second, our fifth and sixth graders will be traveling to the Feed My Starving Children organization in Chicago. They will be packing meals to send to starving children around the world. Your donations will help cover the cost of the food they will be packing.
